Dyah Soewito is a specialist in Indonesian oil and gas law, foreign investment law, maritime law, real estate, construction, and corporate and commercial law. She has been a guest speaker at a number of domestic and international conferences, has lectured at various government agencies, including the Department of Forestry and the Department of Finance, and was involved in preparing Indonesia’s draft foreign investment law.
Ira A. Eddymurthy is a founding partner of SSEK Legal Consultants and one of Indonesia’s most experienced and highly regarded lawyers.
Rusmaini Lenggogeni graduated in 1992 from the University of Indonesia Faculty of Law, attended the Academy of American and International Law in Dallas, Texas, in 1994 and in 1998 obtained her LL.M. in International Business Studies.
Since joining SSEK in 1999, Fitriana has represented numerous leading offshore and local upstream oil and gas companies, and has been involved in major oil and gas, coalbed methane and mining projects.
Denny Rahmansyah joined SSEK in 2001 and has been deeply involved in numerous major transactions related to cross-border mergers and acquisitions, cross-border debt restructurings, banking and finance companies, plantations, private power and infrastructure projects.
Fahrul S. Yusuf graduated in 2003 from the University of Indonesia Faculty of Law and earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Chicago in 2010. In June 2008, he participated in the 45th session of the Academy of American and International Law in Dallas, Texas.
Syahdan received his Bachelor of Laws in economic law from the University of Indonesia in 2005. He earned his Master of Laws in 2009 after completing a one-year program in International Economic and Business Law at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands.
Dewi Savitri Reni (Vitri) received her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in 2005 from the University of Indonesia, where she was honored as the Leading Student for both the Faculty of Law and the university. Vitri received a Fulbright scholarship to study law at the University of California, Berkeley, where she earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in 2008.
Fransiscus Rodyanto joined SSEK in 2011. His practice is focused on energy, including renewables, mining, oil and gas law, corporate mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, and general corporate matters.
Stephen is a partner in SSEK’s labor and employment practice and a supervising partner of the firm’s immigration law and work permit, and shipping and maritime law practices. He also is heavily involved in projects related to general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, foreign capital investment law, and negotiations with various government institutions. Stephen earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.
Winnie Yamashita Rolindrawan received her Bachelor of Laws in economic law from the University of Indonesia in 2002. In 2007, she earned her Master of Science from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at the same university, majoring in communications management. In 2016, Winnie received her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she also earned a Business Law Certificate from the Berkeley Center for Law and Business.
